U Store All has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. Established in 1974 in Coralville, IA, owners Al & Mary Jo Streb expanded into the Iowa City market in the mid-1980s.
The facility, located at 37 Commercial Dr., Iowa City sits on 1.34 acres and features 172 units varying from 5'x10' to 20'x20'. Four of the five buildings are concrete structures and all units are equipped with steel doors. A six foot fence, topped with 3 strand barbed wire, wraps around the entire facility. Two 30' entrances to the facility feature automatic gates for opening and closing purposes (This timing device is currently disabled.)
